Michael Wellman has over 10 years of hands-on industry experience, supported by more than 25 years in management. Throughout his career, he has worked alongside and trained with professionals from some of the largest cleaning companies in the United States, developing high standards and efficient practices that deliver dependable results.
Amy Silva brings over 10 years of industry experience, along with a strong academic background in hospitality and customer service, finishing with high honors. She has trained and coached top-performing cleaning professionals and is dedicated to ensuring every client receives exceptional service and attention.
